Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and enter your personal and card details.
Can't pay by card?
If you are unable to pay online by card, you may purchase a 'gift card' to the value of your choice (minimum £20) using an official school purchase order. We will then invoice your school and you will receive a gift card code by email. Simply redeem your gift card by entering the code at checkout on our online shop.
Shipping and Handling
Items are dispatched using Royal Mail services (tracked service). Shipping is FREE worldwide.
We process your order right away and usually dispatch it within 24 hours. International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Linguascope do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase within 7 days of delivery. This applies to all of our physical products as long as they are unused and in an "as new" condition. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of digital products when the file has been downloaded.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
