This book, written in French, contains interesting facts about each country, recipes with activities and opportunities to speak and write. Students (and teacher) are encouraged to try the dishes at home. In class, activities lead the students on a gastronomic voyage of discovery. There is also a section on the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie.
