What is an e-book?
An e-book (electronic book) is a book you can download and print directly from your computer. Linguascope's e-books are PDF files, which means you need Acrobat Reader to read them. The sample pages are PDF files: if you can view them, then Acrobat Reader is already installed on your comupter. Otherwise, see the help section for more information on how to install Acrobat Reader (free).

When will I receive my e-book(s)?
Immediately after you have paid online, you will receive an e-mail with a link for you to download your e-book. IMPORTANT: The link will only be active for 4 days after you have placed your order so you need to download your e-book(s) before the link expires. If you don't, we will not be able to resend you the link and you will have to order the e-book(s) again. If you have not received any e-mail with a link to download your e-books an hour after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If you contact us after 4 days, we will not be able to help you.

Can I save the e-book on my computer?
Of course! You can save it anywhere on your computer. It's important that you save your e-book as we cannot provide a replacement if you lose it. You would have to order it again.

Can I order the e-books offline?
No, since the e-books are virtual products, we obviously cannot ship them to you. Consequently they can only be purchased online. This is also the reason why they cost so little.

I can't print the sample pages. Will I be able to print my e-book(s)?
The printing facility has been disabled on the sample pages for obvious reasons, but your e-book(s) will of course be printable.
